Efficient manufacturing with attention to detail

We are a family-owned company specialising in plastic injection moulding. We manufacture all kinds of plastic parts, from simple shapes to technically complex components, with the aim of achieving the lowest possible cost for our customers. We operate an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certified by BSI GROUP and have injection moulding machines ranging from 30 to 355 tonnes.

We also manufacture our own products for the air-conditioning industry. Under the PreAir® brand, we were the first manufacturers of pre-installation boxes for air-conditioning systems, with a model patented in 1998.

Today, plastic injection moulding is one of the most effective techniques for mass-producing durable, increasingly complex plastic products. Around 33% of plastic parts manufactured in Spain in a year are made by injection moulding.

Using this technique correctly requires significant specialisation and expertise in controlling process variables, ensuring sound parts and proper maintenance of the customer's mould. Insufficient practical knowledge of a material, unfamiliarity with a mould, its geometry or its ejection system can cause serious repeatability problems and, consequently, nonconforming finished products.
